Agreement

By using StereoVoid ("Service"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

The Service

StereoVoid is an AI-powered photo transformation service. You upload photos, select a "lens" (transformation style), and receive AI-generated images based on your photos.

Your Content

What You Keep

  • You own your original photos
  • You own full rights to your transformed images - use them however you like, including commercially

What You Grant Us

By uploading photos, you grant us a limited license to process them through our AI service. This license exists only for the duration of the transformation process. We don't store your original photos.

Your Responsibilities

  • Only upload photos you have the right to use
  • Don't upload illegal content
  • Don't upload content depicting minors in inappropriate situations
  • Don't use the Service to generate harmful, deceptive, or illegal content
  • Don't attempt to circumvent usage limits or abuse the Service

Accounts

  • You need a valid email address to create an account
  • You're responsible for maintaining access to your email
  • One account per person - don't create multiple accounts to abuse free tiers
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

Payments & Subscriptions

Free Tier

Free accounts receive 3 transforms per day, up to 15 total.

Paid Plans

  • Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled
  • Cancel anytime - you'll retain access until the end of your billing period
  • Credit packs don't expire
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis - contact us at hello@stereovoid.com

Price Changes

We may change prices with 30 days notice. Existing subscriptions will be honored at their current rate until renewal.

AI-Generated Content

  • Transformations are generated by AI and may produce unexpected results
  • We don't guarantee specific outcomes or quality
  • Each transformation is unique - regenerating will produce different results
  • AI may occasionally produce content that doesn't match the intended style

Prohibited Uses

Don't use StereoVoid to:

  • Generate illegal content
  • Create deepfakes or misleading content intended to deceive
  • Harass, defame, or harm others
  • Infringe on others' intellectual property or privacy rights
  • Circumvent technical limitations or security measures
  • Resell or redistribute the Service
  • Use automated systems to abuse the Service

Intellectual Property

  • StereoVoid, our logo, and our lens designs are our trademarks
  • The Service and its underlying technology are our property
  • You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer the Service

Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DON'T GUARANTEE THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR MEET YOUR SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WON'T BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU'VE PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. We'll notify you of significant changes. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.

Termination

You can stop using the Service anytime. We can suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, but these terms survive where applicable.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Prince Edward Island, Canada.
